  • The immigration authority shall file the foreign national with a non-immigrant
    status under tourist if he/she enters Mexico to perform non-paid, non-profitable
    artistic, cultural or sport activities in Mexico, for stays no longer than six months

  • Attendance to congresses, expositions, fairs, conventions or the like, are
    considered a non-paid cultural activity in the national territory.
