Basic File

Individuals or companies that are responsible or who
hire foreign personnel, may start a basic file, which
shall contain at least the documents that prove his/her
identity; the last tax declaration; the list of working
personnel; these two documents shall be updated on a
ongoing basis.

Individuals or companies who have an updated basic
file, shall not be required to submit the documentation
mentioned in the preceding paragraph for further
immigration processes.
